Specimens accessioned vs. final results out
Each row: what was done this period · the goal for this period · green = at goal or better, yellow = close (70–99%), red = under 70%, grey = no goal yet. Daily goals add up over the working days in the period. Every day is saved by date, so past weeks, months and years stay.
Goals and starting numbers
Yossi sets these. Jackie sees each goal inside its box on her form. Leave a box empty for no goal. Counts like specimens accessioned and billing issues reported have no goal. PCR performed's goal is automatic: the specimens accessioned that day (or the daily average).
Month-end check (billing issues)
At the end of each month, type in the number of active issues from Medcare. The page compares it with its own count, shows the difference, and continues from Medcare's number. A difference means something wasn't reported.
